Charley Cornbread

cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
20 briquettes
Grease the Dutch oven well.  Mix all ingredients in the oven (mix well).  Bake with 6 briquettes on bottom, 14 on top for about 25 minutes.
(*just a hunch, but what if you browned a pound of hamburger meat first in the Dutch oven, then mixed the cornbread and baked... make a meal?)
